Order Updates and Production

Before we proceed with production, our team will provide you with an update on your custom-made sign to confirm that all details are correct.

  • If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team promptly.
  • Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in your order being processed without the possibility of cancellation.

Returns, Cancellations, and Custom Orders

We regret that we cannot accept returns for custom-made orders. However, we allow cancellations only before the product enters the production phase.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify both the delivery agent and Signifaction in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Include photographic or video evidence of the damage, along with images of the packaging, to facilitate verification.

Note: Failure to notify us within this timeframe will void our obligations to address the damage.


Repair Process

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all custom signs.

  • If you encounter any issues, contact us with images or videos of the problematic part.
  • We will promptly send a replacement for the damaged or defective component.

Shipping Errors

While we take every precaution to ensure accurate delivery, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping company confirms delivery to your address but the product is not received.

  • If you notice any discrepancies in shipping or delivery, contact us immediately.
  • We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and ensure your sign reaches you.

Variations and Discolorations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations and discolorations may occur.

  • Differences in color may also arise due to variations in computer screen and printer calibration.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations as part of the uniqueness of our custom-made products.

Inspection and Notification

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods.

  • Any defects, quantity shortages, damages, or deviations from the order description or quote must be reported to Signifaction in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please allow us a reasonable timeframe to inspect the goods after receiving your notification.

Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the goods being deemed free from defects or damage and in compliance with our terms and conditions.
